What is ‘leg day’?

Leg day is as it sounds. This class targets your lower body muscle groups, each week channeling in certain regions, ie “hamstrings and quads”. This class is designed to ensure you are wobbling out the door. Great class if you want more strength in your lower body region and excellent for toning and defining. Runs from 50 minutes - 1 hour depending on the exercise line up on the day.

What is ‘hybrid’?

Hybrid is one of our newest classes that is a mix of both cardio and strength training. 1 station will have a cardio movement to get your heart rate through the roof and then when you change to the next station, you go into a strength training movement. Excellent Calorie burner class and guaranteed to get a serious sweat on!

What is ‘superset upper’?

This class is targeting your upper body regions helping with toning and gaining potential strength you never knew you had. Taught in x6 6 minute stations you use time under tension to work your upper body to exhaustion, meeting greater muscle exhaustion with back to back movements.

What is ‘active ageing’?

This class is designed for those who are over 60 years old that may have had injuries and some health issues and need to get a bit more fit, gain better balance, mobility, strength and coordination. This class tests your reaction times whilst having fun meeting new people, and most importantly, actively aging. These sessions run for 30 minutes.

What is ‘Cardio target’?

Cardio target is our newest class, this was previously cardio max but we have changed it up so you push yourself that extra mile. Each station has 3 targets to aim for and 3 rounds to do so. You have a beginner target rep number to meet, an intermediate and an advanced if your feeling fast. Do your best to hit those targets, and push your body to its limited in a jam packed, sweat fest 45 minute session.

What is ‘core crusher’?

Core crusher is a class to crush your core, not literally but the next day it will feel like it. This class is great for anyone who wants or needs better core strength due to injuries or goals. This is also a great one for new mums wanting to strengthen there abdominal region and pelvic floor. You will have other people in the class to support you and push you through the difficult movements. Helps with your mental strength also.

What is ‘booty’?

Beginning with a 10 minute isolated resistance segment, we move into a x6 station strength circuit. This class is designed to isolate your glutes with combined movements using your hamstrings and quads. You’ll be surprised how important glute activation is in your day to day activity. The name might suggest this is a women’s class but it is not. Men join in every now and again and are pleasantly surprised with how beneficial this class can be.

what is ‘strong back’?

This class is targeting your back, this is also important because up to 84% of adults have experiences back pain in their lives. This class teaches you techniques to give your back a break in day to day life and to prevent injury. This class runs from 45 - 55 minutes depending on the movements in the circuit on the day.

What is ‘speed33’?

Speed33 is instructed by our epic trainer Cameron. Speed33 is a classes designed to challenge your agility and speed. Short sets of high intensity exercises allows for explosive bursts of activity. Become nimble, coordinated and fast in this fun and energetic environment on Saturdays. Enjoy 45 minutes of fun with Cameron.

What is c2?

Combining the very best of cardio and core workouts, C2 is a circuit based class where you are sure to break a sweat in an enthusiastic and fun environment. Mixing traditional exercises with fun, unique takes on the classics, this is a class not to miss- you’re guaranteed to try something new!

What is Strength x

Strength X is a class focusing on maximizing calories burnt during and after your session. Using Isolation techniques to send your metabolism into full speed more for up to 48 hours after your session, you are guaranteed to get a sweat on AND expect some serious muscle pump during and after this session. Expect a mixture of isolation exercises, supersetted with cardiovascular movements to elevate your heart rate and take your session to the next level.
