What is ‘leg day’?

Leg day is as it sounds. This class targets your lower body muscle groups, each week channelling in certain regions, ie “hamstrings and quads”. This class is designed to ensure you are wobbling out the door. It's a great class if you want more strength in your lower body region and excellent for toning and defining. Runs from 45 minutes - to 1 hour depending on the exercise lineup on the day.

What is ‘Push & pull’?

This class is targeting your upper body regions helping with toning and gaining potential strength you never knew you had. Taught in x6 6 minute stations you use time under tension to work your upper body to exhaustion, meeting greater muscle exhaustion with back to back movements.

What is ‘Cardio fusion’?

Cardio fusion is our newest class, this was previously cardio max but we have changed it up so you push yourself that extra mile. Each station has 3 targets to aim for and 3 rounds to do so. You have a beginner target rep number to meet, an intermediate and an advanced if your feeling fast. Do your best to hit those targets, and push your body to its limited in a jam packed, sweat fest 45 minute session.

What is ‘core & conditioning’?

Core & Conditioning is a class to crush your core, not literally but the next day it will feel like it. This class is great for anyone who wants or needs better core strength due to injuries or goals. This is also a great one for new mums wanting to strengthen their abdominal region and pelvic floor. You will have other people in the class to support you and push you through the difficult movements. Helps with your mental strength.

What is ‘Glutes & Hammies’?

Beginning with a 10-minute isolated resistance segment, we move into a x6 station strength circuit. This class is designed to isolate your glutes with combined movements using your hamstrings and quads. You’ll be surprised how important glute activation is in your day-to-day activity. The name might suggest this is a women’s class but it is not. Men join in every now and again and are pleasantly surprised with how beneficial this class can be.

What is ‘Power Surge’?

Power surge is a great cardio and strength training mix. Where 1 station is cardio and the next is a strength movement. In this class, you will work all muscle groups in the body. Great class for those who want a challenge.

What is ‘c2’?

Combining the very best of cardio and core workouts, C2 is a circuit-based class where you are sure to break a sweat in an enthusiastic and fun environment. Mixing traditional exercises with fun, unique take on the classics, this is a class not to miss- you’re guaranteed to try something new!

What is ‘Sting’?

Sting is a fun class that aims to work the entire body. Mixing the best of cardio, boxing and coordination, this class is a knockout.
